User Data Deletion Instructions

If you used Facebook Login, Google Login, or email sign-in with Ponsonby Road Cafe and want your account data deleted, please follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

1. Email admin@ponsonbyroadcafe.com from the email address connected to your account.
2. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
3. Include your full name and the email address or phone number associated with your account.
4. If your request is related to Facebook Login, mention that in the message so we can process the correct account linkage.

What we delete

After verifying your identity, we will delete or anonymize the personal information associated with your online customer account, subject to any legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, and recordkeeping obligations that require limited retention.

Marketing unsubscribe vs. account deletion

Unsubscribing from marketing emails only removes you from promotional email. It does not delete your customer account or transactional order history.
