2. Square Customer Import

We may import customer directory data from Square into Ponsonby Road Cafe systems to preserve account history and keep customer records current. Imported records may include contact details, visit history, transaction counts, lifetime spend, and Square subscription status.

If an imported record does not include a usable email address, we may keep it as a dormant internal record without enabling an online account login.

3. Marketing Preferences

Marketing messages are separate from your customer account. If you unsubscribe from promotional emails, we remove you from our mailing list but keep your customer account so you can still sign in, place orders, and receive transactional communications such as login codes, receipts, and order-ready updates.

You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by updating preferences in your customer account.
